- 5.00 – 6.15pm Grade 2 & 3 (u8 and u9)
- 6.15 – 7.30pm Grade 4 & 5 (u10 and u11)

Grade 1 to Grade 5 – R1700 per child. Price Includes:
- 15 x Training Sessions
- Training Shirt
